CD/LP Design for Faust

We were really delighted to be asked to do the design for the new realease of the ground-breaking avantgard "Krautrock" band Faust. In 1973 the genre was named after the first track (krautrock) of their fourth album. The term krautrock was originally a humorous one coined by the UK music press (such as New Musical Express and Melody Maker), where "krautrock" found an early and enthusiastic underground following (It derives from the ethnic slur "Kraut", which had been used to a refer to a German person in World War II).
